  I would like to hear back from Management regarding our experience last night.
  
  We enjoyed JC and the fireworks at The Cove with dinner after, which was a massive disappointment.
  
  I ordered a Mediterranean Salad which consisted of 4 cherry tomatoes, a spattering of black olives and fetta and the slightest hint of red onion. It was more like a side salad? It was tiny! Worse, a hair!!! I was already disappointed so this didn't surprise me.
  
  My daughter's tiny kids meal was just that, tiny. The presentation was that it had been slapped on the plate with no love from the chef. Chips and a chunk of chicken schnitzel. It may be "just" a kids meal to you but its an important choice for a parent.
  
  I aldo had to chase my daughter's juice not once but twice.
  
  My husband's tie the knot burger was the best looking meal of the night.
  
  The service was lack lustre, the meal was terrible but the entertainment and fireworks were great.
  
  Definitely wouldn't go back and definitely wouldn't recommend Schnitz.
